Membership Services 

Includes in a membership, Club members can select one of these exclusive spa membership services each month:

  • CHOICE OF 1 HOUR SERVICE

  • Swedish Massage, Deep Pore Cleanse Facial, Back Glowing Facial.

  • CHOICE OF 75 MINS SERVICE

  • Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Soothing Facial, Bright with Microderm Facial

  • CHOICE OF 90 MINS SERVICE

  • Any type of massage, Customized Facial, Tone & Lift Facial

A one (1) hour session consists of fifty (50) minutes hands-on and ten (10) minutes for consultation and dressing.

A 75 minutes session consists of fifty (65) minutes hands-on and ten (10) minutes for consultation and dressing.

A 90 minutes session consists of fifty (80) minutes hands-on and ten (10) minutes for consultation and dressing.

Membership Condition

No substitutions for the listed services are allowed. Membership fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. Membership Benefits cannot be gifted and can only be used by the member. Unused Membership Benefits roll over into the next month and can be stockpiled for up to five (5) months, after which time any unused Membership Benefits will be forfeited. Forfeited Membership Benefits have no remaining value. You cannot stockpile more than five (5) unused Membership Benefits at a time. The 10-15-20% Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotions. Tips are not included in your Retreat Club Membership so Members are responsible for tipping. 


Appointments and Late Policy

 The Retreat Club 24-hour cancellation policy applies to all Members. If you miss, cancel, or change your appointment outside this designated time, you will be subject to our official cancellation policy. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment or rescheduling (charges may apply). To cancel or change your appointment, please call or text the studio directly. 

Charges to Your Payment Card

 

The IvyAnn Skin Retreat charges you for your The Retreat Club Membership using the Payment Card you provide at the time of enrollment. By enrolling as a The Retreat Club Member, you authorize IvyAnn Skin Retreat to charge your Payment Card the monthly subscription fee then in effect for your chosen subscription whether or not you use your Membership Benefits. Your The Retreat Club Membership provides you the opportunity to use the Membership Benefits and your non-use will not obligate IvyAnn Skin Retreat to provide you with any refund, in whole or part, of your monthly subscription fee. IvyAnn Skin Retreat reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes, even if it has already requested or received payment, and to update your information from available third-party sources. For some Payment Cards, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Card. Check with your Payment Card service provider for details, and you are responsible and authorize any such fees or charges.


Recurring Billing and Cancellation

Recurring Billing. By becoming a The Retreat Club Member, you authorize IvyAnn Skin Retreat to charge your Payment Card $65 for the Relaxation Seeker Membership, $85 for the Wellness Enthusiast or $99 for the Tranquility Master Membership on a recurring monthly basis beginning on the day you start your subscription and every thirty (30) days thereafter (the “Billing Cycle”) until you cancel or IvyAnn Skin Retreat suspends, ends, or otherwise terminates your The Retreat Club Membership, which it may do at any time. You hereby accept responsibility for all charges and/or recurring charges made to your Payment Card by us for the Retreat Club Membership prior to cancellation or termination. Unless you cancel, the Retreat Club Membership will be automatically extended for successive monthly periods at the then-current subscription rate. If you cancel your Retreat Club Membership, you may use your Membership Benefits for a period of up to sixty (60) days after your date of cancellation, however benefits will continue to forfeit 150 days from date of accrual. Your non-termination and/or continued use of the Retreat Club Membership reaffirms that IvyAnn Skin Retreat is authorized to charge your Payment Card on the recurring basis to which you agreed at enrollment. IvyAnn Skin Retreat may submit those charges for payment, and you will be responsible for such charges. IVYANN SKIN REREAT WILL CONTINUE TO CHARGE YOUR PAYMENT CARD $65 FOR THE RELAXATION SEEKER MEMBERSHIP, $85 FOR THE WELLNESS ENTHUSIAST OR $99 FOR THE TRANQUILITY MASTER MEMBERSHIP PER MONTH WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU AFFIRMATIVELY CANCEL YOUR THE RETREAT CLUB MEMBERSHIP OR NOTIFY US THAT YOU WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT CARD INFORMATION. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE IVYANN SKIN RETREAT REASONABLY COULD ACT.

Changes or Cancellation. To change or cancel your The Retreat Club Membership at any time, you may send an email to membership@me-spas.com to request a The Retreat Club Monthly Wellness Membership Cancellation Form (“Membership Cancellation Form”). Membership Cancellation Forms must be completed and submitted in order for the cancellation to be valid. Cancellation requests cannot be made over the phone. To avoid being charged for another month, your cancellation request must be submitted before the start of the next Billing Cycle. If you elect to cancel, you will not be entitled to any refunds and Membership fees cannot be prorated if a Retreat Club Member cancels before the month is over. Cancellation requests are not retroactive. If you cancel your Retreat Club Membership and then choose to reenroll at a later date, any accrued benefits from your previously canceled The Retreat Club Membership will not be restored.

Change in Amount Authorized. If the amount to be charged to your Payment Card varies from the current rate set forth in your initial offer due to an increase in our current rates (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), IvyAnn Skin Retreat will provide notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge via email at least ten (10) days before the scheduled date of the transaction and a method by which you can cancel your subscription if you choose. Any agreement you have with the issuer of your Payment Card will govern your use of your Payment Card as a payment mechanism.

IvyAnn Skin Retreat reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke your Retreat Club Membership for any reason whatsoever on an immediate basis and without prior notice. You will not receive your Membership Benefits for any purchases excluded by law or the value of any coupons or promotions outside of the Retreat Club Membership. IvyAnn Skin Retreat is not responsible for any tax liability related to your Retreat Club Membership. Any disputes concerning your Retreat Club Membership will not affect your payment obligations for your Retreat Club Membership.
